Policy for cancellation

  1. Fees that have been paid cannot be refunded.
  2. Participants who have paid the conference fee but cancelled their participation will still receive a certificate and the right to publish articles in our proceedings (as long as they have filled out the abstract consent form)
  3. There are no options for online presentations. All presentations will be offline at The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel & Convention Center.
