Policy for cancellation
- Fees that have been paid cannot be refunded.
- Participants who have paid the conference fee but cancelled their participation will still receive a certificate and the right to publish their abstracts in our proceedings (as long as they have filled out the abstract consent form)
- There are no options for online presentations. All presentations will be offline at The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel & Convention Center.
